Cistus is becoming an increasingly popular herb, used by people in their prime as well as by young people (cistus tea can even be given to children from 3 months of age). All thanks to the remarkable properties of the prepared infusion.
It has been used successfully in natural medicine for more than two thousand years. Cistus (Citus Incansus) strengthens the body's natural immune system without any side effects. It can also be prepared with fruit juices, lemon juice or honey.
Scientifically confirmed benefits of cistus infusion:
