The result is an infusion that calms and relaxes body and mind, has a relatively mild taste, can be sipped freely throughout the day, is not intoxicating and can help you wind down before sleep. A high-quality organic product.
Organic hemp tea with lemon balm Full Spectrum is completely natural and contains no flavourings or artificial additives. The addition of lemon balm means the blend enhances the beneficial effects of fibre hemp, which relieves stress and reduces nervousness. A mug of this warming infusion will help you regain balance and simply feel better, especially after a long and intense day.
What does the infusion taste like? Combined with lemon balm, it is fairly delicate, with a hemp taste somewhat reminiscent of nettle. Of the available hemp tea versions, this one definitely has the lightest taste.
Preparation is very simple: put 1.5 teaspoons (about 2 g) of hemp tea into a mug (approx. 200 ml) and pour over water at about 90-95 degrees Celsius. After 7-10 minutes of brewing covered, separate the herbs from the infusion. One pack should be enough for about 20 servings.
