Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) is sometimes called the “potency tree” because of its positive effect on male libido. Besides its positive effect on male potency, Muira puama is used to treat disorders of the nervous system. In medicine, the root and bark of this plant are used, also as a strong aphrodisiac.
Combined with damiana leaf, Muira puama becomes an even stronger aphrodisiac.
Muira Puama - properties:

Muira Puama - preparation:
Infusion:
Boil 1-2 tablespoons for about 15 minutes in 500 ml of water. The effect should be felt after about half an hour.
Strengthening tonic:
Boil 1 teaspoon of the herb for about 15 minutes in 250 ml of water.
Muira Puama - dosage:
Drink 1/2 to 1 glass a day.
