The name of this supplement, MSM, is short for Methylsulfonylmethane, which is simply organic sulphur. It is a proven product for people suffering from rheumatic diseases or various kinds of pain (joint pain, headaches, muscle pain). It is recommended to take MSM with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) or B vitamins.
MSM supplement comes as a white, odourless powder that dissolves very well in water. It significantly reduces or eliminates pain and fatigue. It has a beneficial effect on the condition of hair and nails. No side effects of this dietary supplement have been observed at the recommended daily dose.
MSM - properties:
- detoxifying, cleansing, regenerating and anabolic properties,
- improves the condition of hair, skin and nails,
- has a positive effect on rheumatic diseases and pain (headaches, muscle and joint pain, migraines or sports injuries) - relieves pain and soothes inflammation,

Dosage:
