Mate Green Fitness contains 90% Mate Green, grown on Brazilian plantations of the Laranjeiras brand. The green colour of the herb comes from the harvest period, which falls in the rainy season. In addition, Mate Green Fitness contains 10% herbs and fruits with various properties. Fennel fruit and peppermint improve digestion. Bladderwrack affects metabolism, and red pu-erh tea speeds up fat burning in the body. Rose hip is a plant with antifungal and antibacterial properties which, thanks to its high vitamin C content, effectively fights colds. Sea buckthorn fruit is a natural oxidant rich in vitamins and minerals. It has anti-cancer effects, slows down cell ageing and also supports the cardiovascular system. The whole is rounded off with a grapefruit aroma, chosen here for a reason. Grapefruit is a fruit that supports liver function and removes cholesterol deposits from blood vessels, improving the circulatory system.
