Linden bee honey 1000 g
Honey produced by bees from linden blossom, usually of the small-leaved linden. It has been valued for years for its high quality, flavour and health benefits. The taste of linden honey can be described as slightly bitter and sharp, but with a delicate aroma of linden blossom.
Linden honey in liquid form ranges in colour from greenish-yellow to light amber. Once it crystallises, its colour changes to white-yellow or even golden-yellow.
Linden honey has many health benefits thanks to the variety of components it contains. These are mainly essential oils, tannins, enzymes and flavonoids from linden blossom. This type of honey will help in fighting colds and autumn and winter infections. It can be dissolved in warm milk or tea, but remember to wait a little before adding it, as high temperature will strip the honey of its valuable properties.
Linden honey - properties
