Glass thermos Termolar Personal 1 l Rojo (red)
A very good quality thermos with a glass liner at an affordable price. It is made by the Brazilian brand Termolar, on the market since 1958. It keeps water at the desired temperature for many hours, making it the ideal thermos for all-day mate drinking.
The thermos is designed for hot and cold water: it keeps hot water at the right temperature for about 12 hours and cold water for up to 24 hours. An important note for cold water: do not add ice cubes. This will instantly shatter the liner.
The Personal thermos has an outer casing made of BPA-free plastic, a handle that makes pouring and carrying easier, and a plastic screw-on stopper. Water is poured through a special spout that makes it easy to pour over the yerba in a stream you can control without any trouble. To pour, gently lift it up, then press it back down to its starting position.
This version of the thermos has a red casing with a ribbed texture that gives it an interesting look.
The Personal Rojo thermos has a glass liner, which makes it less resistant to damage than a stainless steel thermos. That said, this is not a real problem, because even if the glass liner breaks, you can buy a new one and replace it.
