Glass thermos Termolar Garrafa Termica Negro 1 l with pump
Something for chimarrao lovers! Made by the well-established brand Termolar, on the market since 1958. On the outside, a plastic casing with an unconventional design; on the inside, a glass liner that keeps water at the desired temperature for a long time.
The thermos is designed for hot water and can keep the desired temperature for up to 12 hours. If you want to use it for cold water, never put ice cubes inside, as this will destroy the liner.
The Termolar thermos has a black plastic casing with interesting decorations and a handle that makes it easy to carry. The top of the thermos with the handle unscrews, so you can pour in water or clean the inside of the liner. The pattern on the thermos was designed by Amanda Lobos (@maisdeumlobo), a renowned illustrator and designer from Espirito Santo in Brazil.
A big advantage of this model is the high pressure of the water coming out of the thermos when you press the button. In addition, the water is dispensed at an angle, which is especially welcome with chimarrao and ensures better extraction of the Brazilian green gold.
The Termolar Garrafa Termica thermos has a glass liner and an easy-to-use pump, so you can easily pour water over the yerba by placing your matero (mate gourd) under the spout and pressing the button on top of the thermos. The thermos is designed for stationary use, but nothing stops you from taking it elsewhere, as it has a special handle that lets you carry it anywhere.
Storing the thermos with liquid in any position other than upright is not recommended, as water may leak out uncontrollably.
