Gingerbread spice (warming spice blend) 100/200 g Kol-Pol
An excellent, aromatic blend with a very wide range of uses. It makes an interesting addition to baked goods, gingerbread, mulled wine, sauces, tea or yerba mate. For drinks, we recommend adding about 1/2 teaspoon of the spice per 500 ml of liquid, or to taste.
The spice adds a slight heat, an interesting warm, spicy note and intensity, enriching the overall flavour of a dish or drink.
