A new chimarrao in our range, something for fans of Brazilian "green flour"!
Erva Mate Gaucha de Serra , like almost every chimarrao, is a very specific type of yerba mate. It is a finely ground yerba that requires a so-called bomba - a straw with a flattened round filter with tiny holes that make filtering easier and let you savour this excellent yerba mate from Brazil.
Apart from very finely ground leaves, it also contains some stems, which make it easier to prepare and drink without any trouble.
It is vacuum-packed, which keeps the leaves a beautiful colour and the aroma intense for longer. Once opened, close it tightly, ideally in an additional container, and store it in a cool, dark place - not necessarily in the fridge.
