Erva mate "81" Chimarrao Premium 1000 g Vacuum
High-quality classic yerba mate (erva mate) straight from Brazil from the "Mate 81" brand, consisting of very finely ground mate with added stems, vacuum-packed.
Erva mate 81 Chimarrão Premium is a Brazilian mate made of finely ground leaves with some coarsely cut stems. It is not smoked or aged, which gives it its fresh, grassy flavour. Once opened, we recommend storing it in an airtight container to preserve its unique aroma and flavour.
Mate 81 Chimarrão is a yerba mate that can be prepared in several ways; one of the classic methods is as follows: pour the yerba into a large vessel on one side, then fill the empty space on the other side of the vessel with previously cooled water. Wait until the mate soaks up the water, then place a bombilla with a large, round, flat filter (bomba) in the vessel, pushing the mate to one side so that the filter rests against the yerba, forming the so-called mound. Top up with water. It can be refilled many times, until the flavour is completely washed out and the aroma is gone.
