A delicacy that hardly needs an introduction - Argentinians are almost crazy about it and cannot imagine sweets without dulce de leche! It is made by Arcor, and one of the brand's factories is located in Europe, in Barcelona, Spain.
Arcor Dulce de leche spread is an extremely intense treat reminiscent of the caramel-like kajmak known in Poland. It is made from milk and sugar and contains no artificial colourings or preservatives. Its texture is smooth, slightly stretchy and thick, so it spreads easily on bread, crackers, cakes or anything else that comes to mind. What does it taste like?
The taste is very close to kajmak, but creamier and more vanilla-like thanks to the added flavouring. It also goes perfectly with yerba mate as a sweet accompaniment, though not necessarily added directly to the gourd :)
You can spread it on crackers, salted pretzel sticks, any bread or another salty snack. Believe us, this combination is incredibly tasty! Try it yourself :)
