Crackers Bizcochitos Don Satur Dulce (sweet) 200 g
One of the most popular snacks in Argentina, made since 1967 by Don Saturino. Over the years his small bakery won recognition among the locals, and its products reached more and more people. In time the whole family joined the project, which allowed them to meet the growing demand for, among other things, the salty don Satur crackers.
The crackers (biscuits) make an interesting companion to yerba mate, coffee or tea. They have an unusual texture that you are unlikely to find among the biscuits or crackers available in Poland. Every Argentinian I talked to about these crackers recommended them warmly and asked when they would be available here. That moment has finally come :)
Don Satur crackers in the Dulce (sweet) version are lightly salty and sweet, but not overly so, which is why they pair so well with the bitterness of yerba. Be sure to try them!
