A high-quality stainless steel bombilla from Brazil by Bortonaggio with a triple cooling (decorative) ring that can handle any type of yerba mate, including the most finely ground Paraguayan varieties and Brazilian chimarrao.
What sets it apart from other bombillas, or rather bombas for chimarrao, available on the market? First and foremost, the filter itself, which consists of a thousand small holes that guarantee unmatched filtering of the infusion. The filter is threaded, so it unscrews easily, which makes everyday use and regular cleaning of the bombilla much easier.
Besides the number of holes, Bombilla Triplo Anel Bortonaggio stands out for its triple cooling ring, as well as a slight curve and a thickened mouthpiece with three notches. Because of its length (25 cm), we recommend it for cuias in general or taller gourds, to keep the right proportions and stability of the straw.
We used the 1000 (mil) Furos filter many times before adding it to our range, so we can recommend it to you with full confidence. Bortonaggio knows what it is doing and has undoubtedly made an exceptionally successful product.
Because of its length, we recommend it for gourds with a capacity of 200 ml or more and/or a height of at least 15 cm.
Before first use, we recommend cleaning it thoroughly with detergent under running water, both the outside and the inside of the bombilla. The bamboo gourd shown in the photo is not included - it only serves as a stand for the bombilla :)
