How to brew Assam black tea:
- Put 1 teaspoon of tea into a cup/strainer/infuser.
- Pour over water (max. 200 ml) at 95 degrees Celsius.
- Brew covered for about 2-5 minutes.
- Then separate the leaves from the infusion.
