Bio Cocoa Becks "Ecuador" Especial in a tin 250 g
Something for fans of delicious, warming cocoa from Ecuador, perfect for chilly autumn and winter evenings. A new product from Beck's in the form of ground, raw (unroasted) cocoa beans with added cane sugar. Suitable for quick preparation at home, while travelling or outdoors. Instead of roasting, the beans are fermented at a temperature not exceeding 42-47°C. This way the cocoa retains more valuable nutrients.
Other cocoa versions are also available from Beck's, and this one is a fairly classic option, based on unroasted cocoa with strong sweetness from cane sugar. The result is an intense and nourishing cocoa that basically needs no further seasoning.
Bio Cocoa Becks "Ecuador" is remarkably easy to prepare in almost any conditions; all you need is a mug, the cocoa and warm milk or your favourite plant-based drink.
How to prepare Beck's drinking cocoa
Mix 20 g of cocoa (approx. 2 tablespoons) with about 250 ml of milk at a maximum temperature of 78°C. Instead of milk, you can use any plant-based drink, e.g. oat, almond or soy. You can use a shaker or any other accessory that helps mix the cocoa better with the milk or plant-based drink. If you prefer a lighter drink, given the fairly high sugar content, we recommend preparing it with half a portion (10 g).
One tin (pack) makes approx. 12 servings.
