Bio Ashwagandha powder 90 g Intenson
Ashwagandha, or winter cherry, is sometimes called Indian ginseng. It has recently been winning a growing circle of fans thanks to its valuable health properties.
The product is obtained by drying the root of the plant and then grinding it, which gives a powder that is easy to consume.
Ashwagandha has a positive effect on memory, increases physical performance and supports the circulatory and immune systems. Equally important are its anti-stress and antidepressant effects.
Directions for use: it is recommended to consume 3 grams a day (one scoop), dissolved in 150-200 ml of water, juice, yoghurt or your favourite drink. The pack contains 30 servings.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product must not be used by people allergic to any of its ingredients.
Keep out of the reach of young children. Store
in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed packaging.
This product is NOT intended for pregnant women.
