Barao Cha Preto "Cravo e Canela" 13 g (tea bags)
A new series in our range from the Barao brand, this time a combination of black tea and aromatic spices in easy-to-prepare tea bags. Besides black tea, it contains cinnamon and cloves, with no artificial flavourings. Given the size of the bags, about 1.3 g each, its energising effect will not be large, rather moderate, as tea is the first ingredient of the blend.
The infusion has an intense aroma dominated by cinnamon and cloves. There is no artificial or chemical aftertaste. You can also add the contents, for example, to a previously prepared chimarrao, sprinkled on top of the mound or straight onto the bottom of the gourd. This way you can add visual and flavour variety to your chimarrao or any yerba you prepare.
The preparation suggested by the manufacturer is very simple: put one or two tea bags into a cup, pour over water at about 90-100 degrees and leave to brew for up to 10 minutes. Then remove the bag from the cup. You can sweeten it if you like, but in our opinion there is no need.
Barao Cha Preto "Cravo e Canela" is a good choice for chilly autumn and winter evenings, perfect with a blanket and a good book.
