Apple cider vinegar 410 ml Octim
Apple cider vinegar is a product that was forgotten for a while; today it is slowly regaining its shine and more and more people use it in cooking as an addition to many dishes, sauces and salads.
Organic apple cider vinegar with 6% acidity is obtained through natural, biological acetic fermentation of organic apple wine. It has a slightly amber, cloudy colour, a pleasant apple scent and a naturally occurring sediment.
Regular use of apple cider vinegar helps create an alkaline environment in the body, and it contains valuable nutrients: iron, calcium, potassium, lycopene, pectins and others.
Use
The vinegar is ready to use directly; dilute it 1:1. Shake before use.
We recommend apple cider vinegar as:
- an addition to salads and sauces or homemade mayonnaise,
- an ingredient in meat marinades or preserving brines,
- an addition to meat and fish dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place. May contain sulphur dioxide and sulphites, celery or mustard. Naturally cloudy.
