Yerba Mate - buying a set for beginners
Anyone who wants to try their hand at Yerba Mate can pick up a good beginner's mate set containing everything needed to enjoy the wonderful taste of this truly one-of-a-kind infusion. So what does such a set include? The most important part is, of course, the dried leaf itself, available in many flavour variants and countries of origin, suited both to those who want to lose weight and look after their figure and to those who need a solid dose of energy. Another must-have is the matero (mate gourd), a special small vessel, most often ceramic, in which the infusion is prepared. A Yerba set also includes a bombilla, a shaped straw with a filter in the form of a small spoon or a spring.
Yerba Mate – start brewing the “drink of the gods” with a starter set
If we want to choose a good starter set, it is worth going for one that has all the elements needed to prepare Yerba Mate the classic way. It is a perfect gift idea, but also a great choice for ourselves if we want to begin our adventure with this exceptional herb with its deep flavour and many health properties. At the ymt24 shop you can buy, among other things, a Yerba Mate sample mix, which lets you try different kinds of Paraguayan holly. Such sets are especially popular with people who are just getting to know Yerba and want to find the flavour that suits them best. Sets containing Brazilian Mate Green, for example Mate Green Energy, are also extremely popular. This Brazilian variety has a mild bitterness and is an interesting choice, especially for beginner yerba mate lovers. Not sure how to brew Yerba Mate? It's easy! Click one of the links provided, e.g. under the Yerba Mate mix set for beginners, and learn more.
